ppk67 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the ppk67 platform available at ppk67.net (the "Platform"), creating a user account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you ("Player" or "You") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ppk67 ("ppk67", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ppk67 Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

To open and maintain a ppk67 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ppk67 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and conducts age verification checks in accordance with applicable regulations. Players found to be underage will have their accounts closed immediately.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from ppk67 or any affiliated platform, and you are not listed on any relevant excluded-persons register.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had a ppk67 account that was suspended or permanently closed for a terms violation.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering or placing bets under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one ppk67 account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings accrued through duplicate registrations.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ppk67 is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect account information provided by you, including but not limited to failed withdrawals caused by incorrect bank or mobile wallet details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify ppk67 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ppk67 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to notify us in a timely manner.

• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• ppk67 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy fee policies communicated separately.
• All communications from ppk67, including withdrawal confirmations and verification requests, will be sent to the email address registered on your account. Ensure your registered email remains active and accessible.

ppk67 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant transfer, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts per channel are displayed on the ppk67 Wallet page and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits are credited to your ppk67 account balance in PKR. ppk67 does not charge platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond ppk67's control.

Withdrawal processing timelines: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one to three banking business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within one hour subject to blockchain confirmation times.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• ppk67 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals requested before applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been met will be declined until those requirements are fulfilled.
• In cases of suspected fraudulent activity or pending investigation, ppk67 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. You will be informed of any such hold and the reason for it.

ppk67 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL / cricket-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the ppk67 platform, which form part of these Terms.

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all ppk67 promotions:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on the ppk67 Platform.
• A player may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• ppk67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in disqualification from the promotion and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically.

ppk67 offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live in-play betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and slot games. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out here and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. ppk67 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a clear technical error has occurred on ppk67's end.
• ppk67 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest pricing error has occurred — meaning an odds price that was published due to a technical fault and which no reasonable player would have considered a genuine market price.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules applicable to that event. General rule: if a match does not complete within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all single bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed in the relevant betting section. ppk67 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on individual markets at its discretion.
• Results are determined by official governing body results. Where no official result is available within a reasonable time, ppk67's trading team will determine the outcome using the best available information.
• For cricket betting specifically — including PSL matches — ball-by-ball and over-by-over markets will be voided in the event of a no-ball or wide affecting the relevant delivery, unless the applicable market terms state otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppk67 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and winnings, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged or altered documents during verification.
• Money laundering: Using ppk67 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from any illegal activity, or using the Platform to layer, integrate, or place proceeds of crime.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, create accounts, claim bonuses, or exploit the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary human players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in casino card games, poker, or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploit abuse: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable. Any winnings obtained through exploit abuse are void.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to ppk67. ppk67 will pursue recovery of funds obtained through illegitimate chargebacks and will report such activity to payment processors.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any person under the age of 21, or registering an account on behalf of an underage individual.

ppk67 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming habits. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment only — never as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

ppk67 offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings panel at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and playing for a specified period of continuous time.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ppk67 software or game engine.
• Use the ppk67 name, logo, or branding in any manner likely to create confusion or imply an association not authorised by ppk67.
• Frame, mirror, or embed the Platform or any portion of it within any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of ppk67 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Platform access and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppk67, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, ppk67 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to connectivity beyond ppk67's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to follow these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where ppk67 has acted in good faith on instructions received using your registered credentials.
• Any indirect financial losses, loss of profits, or opportunity costs associated with gaming activity on the Platform.
• Losses attributable to the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Raast.

ppk67's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your ppk67 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppk67 collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the Platform, including registration information, identity verification documents, transaction history, and usage data. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the ppk67 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the ppk67 Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• ppk67 collects only the personal data necessary to operate the Platform, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.
• Your data is stored on secured servers and is not sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available at ppk67.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which ppk67 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, ppk67 and you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents ppk67 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent irreparable harm.
